Who we are

Pusula Ai Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Pusula”, “we” or “us”) is the data controller for our use of these form submissions. Simple is our operational automation product.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we receive your first name, work email address, company name and job title. LinkedIn may prefill these fields using your profile; you can review them before submitting.

We also receive the submission date, the form or campaign associated with your request, and any contact preferences you choose to provide. If you contact us afterwards, we receive the information you include in that conversation.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, private contracts or customer records through the lead form.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the requested guide, manage your enquiry, understand whether our content reaches relevant business audiences and respond to a conversation you request.

For managing requested resources and enquiries and evaluating campaign relevance, we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), insofar as those interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. Processing necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or protect a right is based on Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e), respectively.

Downloading the guide does not subscribe you to a newsletter or require a sales conversation. Where we offer optional promotional follow-up, we ask for your separate consent and rely on Article 5(1) of the KVKK. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.

We do not use these submissions to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated processing.

Who can access it

For this campaign, submitted lead records are managed in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Access is limited to Pusula personnel and authorised representatives who need it to manage the campaign or respond to requests. We do not use an external CRM integration for this campaign.

LinkedIn provides the form and platform infrastructure and processes information under its own terms and Privacy Policy. Its international infrastructure may involve processing outside Türkiye. This notice does not replace LinkedIn’s own privacy information or itself constitute consent to an international transfer.

If you email us, your correspondence is also handled through our business email service. We may disclose information to competent authorities or professional advisers where necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not sell your lead information.

How long we keep it

We use a retention period of up to 365 days from submission for campaign lead records. We stop using identifiable lead information when it is no longer needed and delete it, or arrange its deletion through the platform, when the retention period ends. LinkedIn’s own retention and deletion processes also apply.

If an enquiry develops into an ongoing business relationship, related correspondence and contractual records may need to be retained separately for that relationship or applicable legal obligations. This does not automatically extend the retention period for every guide download.

Where a specific legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention, we limit the retained information to that purpose. Campaign statistics may be kept after this period only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to submit the form, decline optional contact, or ask us to stop promotional follow-up.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, subject to applicable conditions, you may:

• Learn whether we process your personal information and request information about that processing.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your information is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom your information is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information, or deletion or destruction when the relevant conditions are met.
• Request notification of corrections, deletion or destruction to recipients of your information.
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis solely through automated systems.
• Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to info@pusula.ai, preferably from the address you used in the form. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and will explain any formal application requirements. We respond within the period required by applicable law, generally no later than 30 days for a valid KVKK request.
